A little more done. Still have work to do on the lower part of the left bird. I wasn't happy with the lower part so some erasing/removing of color has been done so now to hopefully put that right. I think it will now stay on my drawing board until after Christmas. It will be something nice to come back to after the holiday break.

Wow Dors looking super, I love that background works well the birds.
Really good job. I too like the background. You two have a very Merry Christmas.
What beautiful colours Dors ... I've got 3 weeks worth of posts to catch up on but have just found that these are visitors to your garden ... lucky you to have so many 'exotic' birds
I'm looking out at all our little (brown) birds struggling to get food in our snowy garden. I have lots of feeders hanging from the trees but the fatballs have frozen. I need to put some fresh stuff out for them. The only sign of colour out there is the robin who is very territorial and keeps chasing the others off. Bless :o)
Dors, it's absolutely beautiful! the colours are true and vivid!I don't know how you do it, I still struggle with coloured pencils. And I envy your 'garden additions' lol! Lucky you :D Best wishes for Christmas!
It truly is gorgeous! Will be waiting after the holidays for the finished piece. Just finished two commission pieces and am looking forward to doing something for "me" :)
Have a great Christmas!
Can't wait to see this one finished Dors! Guess I'll have to wait till after Christmas. Have a very Happy Holiday Season and Prospersous & Healthy New Year! Hugs, Colette
