I will see how I go for finishing the Lorikeets bur I think it will be after Xmas now before I get it finished. I already have a ref and set to go with my next WIP.
Love the intense colors Dors!! Awesome job so far. May I ask how you acheived your background? Almost looks like you used some sort of solvent...it is very nice.
The BG was just Prismacolor pencil layers and blended and burnished. I didn't use a solvent. the burnishing doesn't help the carpal tunnel but I stop when I get feel pain.
