I am calling this finished. I am ready to move onto something in Graphite. I am not totally happy with it. I will do one in graphite and see how it turns out. At least I have a live model here. Hehehe.
He turned out really well Dors. I especially love the richness of color as well as his twinkly eyes. Excellent job on the nose and tongue too! You make cp look easy!
Dors he does look great. I know how hard it is to do the whites! If you are not happy with him try doing a portrait that is a little more to the side rather than full front and then he wont have such a 'smile'. I find this smile gives you a funny feeling that things aren't right when looking at the portrait.

You've captured a really mischievous, happy look in her eyes, which cries out terrier. Great job! xx
You should be so proud of this one, Dors....she is beautiful!! Her eyes and fur are outstanding!! Excellent!!
I've been following the WIP's with much interest as I feel I ought to do much better with coloured pencils than I do. This is awesome. Amazing work!!!
Looks great, fur detail is amazing!!
He looks brilliant Dors.
I'll never understand how you get so much detail in the fur!
Dors, it's Brilliant. If I produce work like this one and would be jumping for joy. It's amazing.
