Back to the drawing board.
We have been to Perth. WA for 10 days visiting family. The first trip to Perth and what a beautiful part of Australia. Lots of water, gardens etc . I will post a few photos. At the moment it's all Laundry and catching up on emails. The weather was very kind to us, only a little drizzle on the last day. We had a wonderful flight home on what appeared to be a new aircraft with all the latest technology. I watched on my small screen a concert Sarah Brightman.... Symphony in Venice. Awesome.
We visited the Zoo. They are renovating so didn't see as many animals as would normally be seen. We took a ferry ride over to Rottnest Island. Only service vehicles allowed there and one can only stay in the cottages for up 90 days. The Dutch explorers arrived on the Island many many years ago and found Quokka's there which they thought were rats...hence the name Rottnest which is Dutch for rats. They are only found on this Island and are rather cute
We certainly walked a lot. Everyday we took our sons dog for 1 or more walks. We walked all over Perth CBD. We walked our feet off..... strange we didn't lose weight, must have been the good food and wine. LOL.
Now back to the drawing board. I have withdrawals from those lovely pencils. Just have to decide what to draw next.
Great to be back with my blogger friends. I have some catching up to do with all the lovely work I see down my following list.
Hugs.
Dors.
