Commission Portrait

©Doreen Cross
Finished Portrait. Rather a challenge as the photo black and white and very worn and pieces missing. you may guess it has been in the mans wallet for over 40 yrs. with the help of a magnifying glass, I did my best.

Well I think she's beautiful, and the owner of the photo must be so pleased with the magic you have worked from a crumpled old photo. I espect he'll treasure it Dors

Working from an old and worn picture is very hard. Have done a few myself. It's enough to give you a major headache. You did an excellent job with this portrait, Dors! Looks very nice.

What a great piece of work from what sounds very limited and poor referance material, I'm sure he will treasure this just as much has he as the original photograph

Oh Dors, what is not to like about this. The lady looks wonderful and so beautiful. Her eyes are so happy.
Wonderful work and a portrait the owner will be proud to display in his home.
YEAH!!!!!

wowowowowow! Great work, Dors! This portrait is looking so very very real. It must be awfully difficult to draw from such a poor ref photo.
